Tracking & CN Lookup
How do I track my Leopards parcel?
Find your CN number. It is 8 to 15 letters and numbers, printed on your Leopards receipt or sent to you by SMS or email. Type it in the box on LeopardsTracking.com and press "Track Parcel". You will see each scan and where your parcel is now.
What is a Leopards CN number and where do I find it?
CN stands for consignment number. Leopards gives one to every parcel when it is booked. You will find it under the barcode on your receipt, in the SMS Leopards sends, and on the order page of the shop you bought from.
Why does my Leopards CN say "Not Found" or "Invalid"?
Most of the time, the parcel was booked recently and Leopards has not scanned it yet. Try again in a few hours. If it still does not work, check that you typed every character correctly.
Status & Milestones
What does "Out for Delivery" mean for Leopards?
Your parcel has reached the Leopards branch in your city and a rider has it. The rider plans to bring it to you today. Keep your phone on in case the rider calls.
What does "Arrived at Facility" mean?
Your parcel has reached a Leopards sorting centre or hub. It will be checked and sorted there before it moves on to the next stop.
What should I do if my parcel shows "Returned to Shipper"?
It means Leopards could not deliver it, often because the address was not complete, the phone was off, the parcel was refused or the COD was not paid. It is now going back to the sender. Contact the seller, or call Leopards on (021) 111-300-786 and ask if they can hold it or try again.
Delivery Timelines & Delays
How many days does Leopards take to deliver?
Leopards has not published a delivery-time table for all cities that we could check, so we do not give fixed days. Delivery time depends on the service booked, the distance and the day of the week. Ask Leopards or the sender for an estimate for your parcel.
Does Leopards deliver on Sundays and holidays?
Leopards Express Centres are open Monday to Saturday. Most counters close on Sunday, apart from a few central hub stations and the Mera Time scheduled delivery service. Branches often work shorter hours in Ramadan and may close on Eid and public holidays.
Why has my Leopards tracking not changed for over 24 hours?
A parcel is not scanned while it is on the road between cities. The tracking will change again when it reaches the next hub and is scanned. If it stays the same for several days, call Leopards with your CN number.
Cash on Delivery (COD)
Can I open a COD parcel before I pay the rider?
Usually not. The rider normally collects the cash and gets a signature before handing over the sealed parcel. Whether you can open it first depends on the deal between the seller and Leopards, so ask the seller.
How can I pay for a Leopards COD parcel?
Keep the exact amount ready in cash (Pakistani rupees). We could not confirm other ways to pay at the door, so ask the seller if you want to pay another way.
Helpline & Support
How do I contact Leopards customer service?
Call the Leopards helpline on (021) 111-300-786, or email customerservice@leopardscourier.com. You can also visit a Leopards Express Centre. Take your CN number and your CNIC with you.
Can LeopardsTracking.com change my address or stop my parcel?
No. LeopardsTracking.com is an independent tracking site. We have no riders and we never hold parcels. To change an address, move a delivery or make a claim, contact Leopards directly.
