Leopards Out for Delivery: Meaning and Failed Attempts

Published: 2026-09-06• Last reviewed: 2026-09-19

Quick Answer

“Out for Delivery” means your Leopards parcel has reached the branch in your city, has been put on a rider’s list for the day and is on its way to your door. Deliveries happen in the daytime, Monday to Saturday.

The Last Step: What “Out for Delivery” Means

The last part of a parcel’s trip is called the “last mile”. When LeopardsTracking.com shows OUT FOR DELIVERY, your parcel has finished travelling between cities, been sorted for your area and been given to the rider who covers your street.

This is the time to be ready. The rider is working through the day’s list of stops. If you know what to expect and what to do if you will be out, the handover goes smoothly.

Your checklist

How to Get Ready for Delivery Day

These simple steps help avoid a missed delivery or a return:

1. Answer calls from unknown numbers

Riders often call when they are close, or if they cannot find your house. They may call from a number you do not know. Do not ignore unknown calls while your parcel is out for delivery.

2. Have the exact cash ready (for COD)

If you are paying cash on delivery, have the exact amount ready. Riders carry little change, and if they wait too long they may move on to the next stop.

3. Ask someone to receive it

If you will be out, ask a family member, helper, office receptionist or building guard to take the parcel. Leave them the COD cash if needed.

4. Tell your gate security

In gated areas such as Bahria Town, DHA or Askari, guards may stop visitors. Tell the gate that a Leopards rider is coming today.

Leopards Delivery Attempt Failed: What Happens Next?

If the rider comes but cannot deliver (no answer, door locked or no cash), this is what usually happens:

The status changes to “Delivery Pending”

At the end of the day, parcels that were not delivered go back to the local branch and are marked “Delivery Pending” or “On Hold”.

Collect it from the branch

If it is hard for you to be home, call the Leopards helpline on (021) 111-300-786 and ask them to hold the parcel at your local Express Centre. Then collect it with your original CNIC.

Flats, Plazas and Offices

Deliveries to tall buildings and offices need a little planning:

Flats and tower blocks

In big cities, riders often cannot leave their bikes to go up in the lift. Many buildings ask you to meet the rider at the ground-floor reception or security desk.

Corporate Reception Mailrooms

When you order to your office, give your department, floor and phone extension. If reception signs for the parcel, the status changes to “Delivered” even before it reaches your desk.

Frequently Asked Questions

Why did it say Out for Delivery but the rider never came?

Riders have many stops. Heavy traffic, bad weather or early darkness can stop them finishing the route. Parcels left over go back to the branch and go out again on a later round.

Can I get the rider’s phone number?

Riders’ personal numbers are not shared online, for their privacy and safety. The rider will call you when close. If you need to, call the helpline on (021) 111-300-786.
