Leopards Tracking
Track Your Leopards Parcel Online
Check where your Leopards Courier (LCS) parcel is, anywhere in Pakistan. Type your CN number to see every scan, the city your parcel is in now, and what to do next.
Leopards Tracking by Tracking Number: Start Here
For a Leopards or LCS parcel, find the CN number for this order and type it in the box above. Leopards tracking only works with that number. If you have more than one parcel, track each number on its own.
Leopards Tracking Number Check: Which Number to Use
Do not mix up the shop’s order number and the Leopards CN number. They are different, and only the CN works here. If your receipt shows more than one number, ask the sender which is the CN. Copy it exactly as printed.
For problems with a parcel, contact the Leopards helpline. An error message on our site does not mean Leopards has cancelled your parcel.
How Leopards Courier Tracking Works
Here is what happens to your parcel, from booking to the hub and on to your door.
Locate Consignment ID
Find the CN number under the barcode on your receipt, in your SMS or on the shop’s shipping label.
Where to find CNQuery Upstream Feeds
We send your CN to Leopards and bring back the scans, with the date and time of each one.
Live gateway syncStandardized Milestones
We turn the scan messages into simple statuses, so you can see if the parcel is on the road, at a branch or with a rider.

We tell you what to do next: have the cash ready, fix an address problem or contact Leopards.
Delivery guideTrack My Leopards Parcel in 4 Steps
Tracking a Leopards parcel with the box above takes just a few seconds. Here are the four steps:
Retrieve Consignment Code
Find your CN number on your Leopards receipt, SMS or the shop’s order page.
Input Number in Tracker
Paste or type the number into the box above and check every character.
Check Live Milestones
Press “Track Parcel” to see the scans, where the parcel is now and when it was last updated.
Prepare for Delivery
Read what the status means. If it is out for delivery, get the money ready. If it is late, read our tips.
Leopards Tracking Status Meanings
Leopards uses many scan messages. We group them into 13 simple statuses, so the result reads the same whichever branch scanned your parcel:
Booked / Shipment Registered
The sender or shop has booked the parcel. Leopards has not collected or scanned it yet.
Picked Up / Arrived at Hub
Leopards has the parcel, from a counter or a pickup at the shop, and is getting it ready to leave the city.
In Transit
The parcel is on the road between Leopards hubs, heading to your city.
Arrived at Destination Facility
The parcel has reached the hub in your city and is being sorted for your local branch.
Out for Delivery
An LCS rider has your parcel and will try to deliver it today. Keep your phone on in case the rider needs directions.
Delivered / Signed
The parcel has been handed over at the delivery address and the delivery has been recorded.
Delivery Pending / Rescheduled
The rider could not deliver today, maybe because of traffic, an office that had closed or nobody at home. Leopards will usually try again on the next working day.
Exception / On Hold
Delivery has stopped because of an incomplete address or a phone nobody answered. Call Leopards on (021) 111-300-786 to help them find you.
Returned to Shipper (RTS)
The parcel could not be delivered, or the COD was refused, so it is going back to the sender.
Leopards Parcel Not Received? What to Do
A parcel that has stopped moving, or one marked delivered that you never got, needs more than waiting. Follow these steps in order.
- 1Track the number again, copying it exactly. One wrong character gives an empty result that looks like a missing parcel. Check with the sender that you have the CN number and not the shop’s order number.
- 2Look at the last scan. “Delivery Pending” means the parcel is at a local branch waiting for another try. “On Hold” usually means an address or phone problem you can fix. “Returned to Shipper” means it is on its way back to the sender.
- 3Ask Leopards to find it. Only Leopards can trace a parcel. Call the helpline on (021) 111-300-786 or write to customerservice@leopardscourier.com with the CN, the booking date, and the destination address. Your nearest express counter can also check its own records if collection was arranged there.
- 4Tell the seller at the same time. For an online order, the seller deals with Leopards, so refunds, replacements and claims go through them. Send them the CN and a screenshot of the tracking.
What we cannot do: LeopardsTracking.com has no parcels and cannot see inside Leopards’ systems. We cannot open, move or settle a claim. We show you what the scans say and tell you who to contact. For more help, see our guide on Returned to Shipper (RTS).
Leopards Courier Tracking in Pakistan: About LCS
Leopards Courier Services (also called LCS) is a well-known courier company with its head office in Karachi. It delivers parcels and documents, runs booking counters, carries business cargo and offers cash on delivery. It links big cities with towns in Punjab, Sindh, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, Balochistan, Azad Jammu & Kashmir and Gilgit-Baltistan.
More people shop online now, so buyers and sellers both want to know where a parcel is. Every time a Leopards parcel changes hands, it is scanned. For example, it may be booked at a counter in Karachi, sorted in Lahore, sent by road towards Islamabad and handed to a rider in Rawalpindi.
That is why we built LeopardsTracking.com as an independent way to track Leopards parcels in Pakistan, with no account, no app and no login. It works well on a phone, turns hard scan messages into simple words, and tells you what to do if something goes wrong.
Nationwide Express Center Network
Booking counters and Express Centres in cities and towns around Pakistan.
Intercity Courier Corridors
Road links between big cities such as Karachi, Lahore and Islamabad.
Diverse Service Modes
Documents, cash on delivery parcels, heavy cargo and international shipments.
LCS Tracking: LCS and Leopards Are the Same
LCS is the short name for Leopards Courier Services (Pvt) Ltd, so you will see both names on receipts, shop pages and search results. LCS shipment tracking, LCS online tracking and Track LCS all look up the same parcel. There is no separate LCS system and no second number to find.
The same goes if you are not sure which name the sender used. LCS Leopards tracking and Leopards LCS tracking mean the same courier. If the shop calls your number an LCS tracking ID and the receipt calls it a CN, it is the same number. Copy it exactly as printed.
The city does not matter either. LCS Lahore tracking, LCS tracking Karachi and searches for any other city all use the same CN number. The number finds your parcel, whatever city you type.
One thing to watch out for: LCS order tracking usually means the order number from your online shop, which is not a courier number. Ask the sender which number is the CN before you type anything here.
One reference
One CN number covers the whole trip. There is no extra LCS code.
One carrier
LCS is just a short name, not a separate company. Contact details are the same.
One search box
The tracker on this page works with both names and any spelling.
Leopards COD Tracking: Doorstep Payment Rules for Consignees
Many online orders in Pakistan are paid with cash on delivery. Knowing how it works makes delivery quicker:
Prepare Exact Invoice Total
Riders may not carry much change, so have the exact amount ready.
Payment Precedes Inspection
You usually pay the full amount before you open the parcel. The rider needs the payment before handing it over.
Merchant Quality Escalation
The rider cannot check the item or give money back at the door. Take any problem with a wrong or broken item to the seller.
For more on COD returns, unboxing videos and disputes with sellers, see our guide on Leopards Cash on Delivery Tracking.
Why We Do Not Give a Fixed Leopards Delivery Time
Leopards has branches all over the country, but it has not published a delivery-time table for every route that we could check. So we do not show one either:
- Distance drives speed. A parcel between two big cities usually arrives sooner than one going to a smaller city or a village, but Leopards has not published day or hour figures we can confirm.
- Your CN number tells you the truth. Track your number above to see where the parcel really is, instead of relying on a general guess.
- Merchant commitments vary. If you ordered from an online shop that ships with Leopards, the shop’s checkout page may show a delivery estimate for your order.
- Need a firm answer? For a firm answer for your route, call Leopards on (021) 111-300-786 or email customerservice@leopardscourier.com.

Leopards Tracking Not Updating? 4 Common Causes
Seeing an odd message or tracking that has stopped? Here is how to deal with the most common cases:
Problem 1: “Tracking Number / CN Not Found”
Why it happens: When a shop books a parcel online, the CN is made before Leopards has the parcel. Scans start only when an LCS branch scans it for the first time.
Solution: Check again in a few hours. If it was booked late in the day, the first scan may only show the next morning.
Problem 2: Stuck on “In Transit”
Why it happens: Parcels travel between cities in closed trucks. They are not scanned while they are on the road.
Solution: A gap in the scans is normal on a long trip. A new scan appears when the truck reaches the next hub.
Problem 3: Says “Out for Delivery” but did not arrive
Why it happens: Riders deliver many parcels each day. Traffic, bad weather or offices closing early can stop them reaching every stop before dark.
Solution: Parcels not delivered go back to the local branch at the end of the day, and Leopards will usually try again on the next working day.
Problem 4: Wrong address or phone switched off
Why it happens: A missing street name, a house with no number or a phone with a flat battery makes it hard for the rider to find you.
Solution: Call Leopards on (021) 111-300-786 with your CN to give them a landmark, or ask to collect the parcel from your nearest branch.
