The order number and the CN are different
Your Daraz order number is for your Daraz order. It is not the same as the Leopards CN number on your receipt. The CN is what you use to track the parcel once the counter has accepted it.
Leopards CN numbers are usually 8 to 15 letters and numbers, with no spaces. Copy the number from the receipt instead of guessing from the order label. A wrong number can look like a missing parcel even when it was booked correctly.
Keep both numbers. The order number is for Daraz, and the CN is for tracking the parcel with Leopards.
Track courier custody
Type the CN from your Leopards receipt into the Leopards tracking page. This shows where the return parcel is. It does not replace the order or return details in your Daraz account.
